The role
As our Senior Product Designer, youâll take the reins in transforming complex, overwhelming tax processes into simple and elegant solutions for our customers. Your mission is to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences that make even the most daunting concepts easy to understand.
Youâll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and tax experts, blending your design expertise with their technical and domain knowledge. Youâll also set and own the design direction for our products, while championing and implementing design best practices across the organisation.
Youâll play a pivotal role in shaping our products into the go-to solution for individuals and small businesses, scaling our services to reach an even broader audience.

Have a knack for solving complex problems and simplifying the seemingly impossible.
Possess exceptional user interface design skills, with a portfolio to back it up.
Understand how to seamlessly connect UI, product, and service design.
Have experience building and implementing design systems for large-scale products.
Have strong writing skillsâbecause great design includes great copy.
Are self-motivated and proactive, always seeking ways to improve.
Listen actively but can confidently advocate for your ideas when needed.
