Yes, you can message your assigned accountant through the TaxScouts platform whenever it suits you! Your accountant will reply to your message at their earliest convenience, which they usually do fairly quickly.
You can also book in a separate 30-minute tax advice consultation call with your accountant for an additional fee. Otherwise, you can chat with them via the platform as much as you’d like.

No, VAT returns are not included in the £499 TaxScouts service listed above. However, you can still get help! If you require a VAT return as well, you can let your accountant know directly. They’ll be able to provide you with a quote.

If you don’t have this, you can also provide us with a spreadsheet with all your business expenses, income, and the bank reconciliation statements for the year.

If you have 50 or more transactions and your books are incomplete or not provided, there will be an extra fee of £99 (incl VAT). There are no added charges for less than 50 transactions.

If you provide us with your bookkeeping accounts and have less than £200,000 in revenue, then no, there are no extra charges! We offer a flat, one-off fee.
