TaxScouts by Taxfix

In July 2024, TaxScouts was acquired by Taxfix – Europe’s leading financial platform for digital tax filing.

After seven years of demystifying tax prep in the UK, this marked the start of a new chapter in our evolution.

Today we’re still the TaxScouts you know but with a little extra ‘fix up. 

Who is Taxfix?

Let’s start from the top.

Like us, Taxfix is a European finance platform that simplifies tax filing. 

They’re based in Berlin, Stuttgart and Madrid and they’ve been at work on their mission to fix finance for all for almost a decade. They offer both expert-assisted and DIY online tax filing services, helping millions of people reclaim money they’re owed by the tax administration. 

Since Taxfix’s launch in 2016, they’ve gone from strength to strength, growing into a global team of 400+ people. During this time, they’ve also teamed up with several businesses – TaxScouts included – and filed over 7 million tax returns 🚀

We couldn’t think of a more fitting partnership.

For you, our UK community, your TaxScouts account continues as normal. Your personal accountant will keep sorting your taxes and we’ll keep on looking for more ways to make tax prep stress-free.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been working with Taxfix, pooling resources, expertise and knowledge to ideate more services to meet the changing demands of the UK tax landscape.
